Bakkie Parts Direct delivers bakkie parts nationwide across South Africa. Whether you are ordering from Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein or elsewhere in South Africa, we make it easier to get the bakkie parts you need delivered to you.

Nationwide Courier – Included

For products purchased through our online store where checkout displays “Nationwide Courier – Included”, the applicable courier cost has already been incorporated into the online selling price.

This means that no additional standard nationwide courier charge will be added at checkout for an order displaying this delivery method.

Delivery Areas

We arrange delivery to destinations throughout South Africa, subject to courier service availability for the customer's delivery address.

Some remote, rural or restricted delivery areas may require alternative delivery arrangements or collection from the courier's nearest available depot or collection point.

Large, Heavy or Oversized Parts

Large or heavy automotive components such as engines, gearboxes, differentials, doors, bonnets, bumpers, load bins and other oversized body parts may require specialised packaging, freight or delivery arrangements.

Where an order cannot reasonably be transported using our normal courier service, Bakkie Parts Direct will contact the customer to arrange the most suitable delivery method.

Processing Your Order

Orders are prepared for dispatch once the order has been accepted, stock has been confirmed and payment has cleared and been confirmed by Bakkie Parts Direct.

Customers paying by EFT or bank transfer should use their order number as the payment reference and send proof of payment to admin@bakkiepartsdirect.co.za.

An order will only be processed for dispatch once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier service, parcel size, product type and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Bakkie Parts Direct.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Public holidays, weekends, remote-area deliveries, courier delays, severe weather and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

Please check your delivery information carefully before confirming your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery and could result in additional costs where a parcel needs to be redirected or redelivered.

Receiving Your Parcel

We recommend inspecting the parcel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the packaging or product appears damaged, please retain the packaging and contact Bakkie Parts Direct promptly. Where possible, take clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected product to assist us with investigating the matter and, where applicable, submitting a courier claim.

Customers may also visit Bakkie Parts Direct in Derdepoort, Pretoria.
